Lunches, milk and Parentpay:

At Christ Church, food is locally sourced and freshly prepared, cooked and served on site. We are a healthy school and ensure that all of our meals are balanced and nutritious. The kitchen team is led by Mrs C Jackson, our catering manager and our catering consultants are RPJ3.
All children in Reception to the end of Year 2 are entitled to Universal infant free school meals, regardless of circumstances.

School meals for children who are not eligible for Free school meals or Universal infant free school will be charged at £2.30 per meal, per day. Dinner money charges are to be paid in advance via ParentPay, where you can also pre select meals for your child. If you have trouble accessing your ParentPay account or issues with charges please contact the finance department.

School milk is delivered fresh to school daily from Cool Milk UK. School will keep the milk refrigerated and children will be served their milk during the school day, if your child does not consume their milk carton during the school day they will bring this home with them.
Children will receive milk free of charge up until the term of their 5th Birthday. Children who qualify for Free school meals will also receive milk free of charge. If you think you may be eligible, please speak to the school office.

Please note the school receives a list directly each week confirming which children's families have paid for milk. No payments for milk are taken by the school.

Activating your account
You need to follow each of the following steps in order to activate your ParentPay account.
1. Go to www.parentpay.com and click on the Login tab in the top right corner of the page
2. Type in the username and password that you received in your letter from school, be careful when typing in UPPER and lower case letters, also be sure not to confuse the letter l (for lemon) with the number one (1) and the number 0 (zero) with the letter o (for orange). NB these user details are for one-time use only and will become invalid after account activation
3. Follow the online-screen instructionstosuccessfullyactivateyouraccount
4. Read the ParentPay terms and conditions and click in the box next to Accept terms and conditions at the bottom of the page and click Continue
5. You’ll see an overview of your activation onscreen and will receive an email confirming your account settings click Continue
Your account is now activated and you are ready to start making payments.

Go to Alert Settings
Select the type of Alert (low balance and/or new item) and select how you want to receive alerts, email and/or SMS Text.
Email alerts are free of charge. If you opt for SMS text alerts there is a small charge per text of 6p
